And Again Satellite Shows
Fourteen (BA) Hons Fine Art students from the University of Leeds are taking two satellite shows to Barcelona, Spain in the months preceding the final degree show - 'AND AGAIN'. Participating in untitledBCN's 'exhibit in Barcelona' programme, the two satellite shows will offer the fine art students the opportunity to showcase the diversity of work explored by fine art students in Leeds while simultaneously being a chance for students to experience the logistical considerations in what will be the first international show for most of the participating artists. Through film, photography, sculpture, drawing and painting, the shows will reflect upon the many artistic approaches encouraged by the School of Fine Art @ Leeds. The shows will offer students the opportunity to engage with other artistic communities in Barcelona - extending the creative dialogue from within the studio spaces at the university to the (sunny!) and immersive creative energy of Gràcia, Barcelona.
